This area is made up of 11 blocks of warehouses all with rail track sidings. Each one has a road and rail-road loading platform, one on the track side and one on the truck side.

The warehouses extend over a total covered area of 80,000 m² with internal outside service areas, partly surfaced in concrete and partly in hot-mix asphalt. The Centre currently houses national and international forwarding and logistics agents. The Centre is equipped with an access control system and anti-intrusion barriers. There is even an automatic weighbridge service.
